This vinyasa-style class is tailored to members’ changing needs and levels of experience, with a focus on linking breath to body in a moving meditation. Expect to work on flexibility, strength, coordination and concentration with an eye towards clarity and balance of mind, body and spirit. Sweaty joyfulness optional, but encouraged! Leave feeling calmer and more energized! All levels welcome. If you have special requests or preferences, we encourage you to attend class and share your thoughts with the new instructors as they meet members for the first time, and get a feel for the space.

Attendance is limited to members and hotel guests. RSVP is required. If you would like to bring a guest, please reach out in advance to membership@inness.co and we will try to accommodate your guest if space allows. 

Mats, blocks and blankets are included, or you may bring your own props. Please dress in comfortable layers, bring water and a small sweat towel if needed. Class will be hosted in the gym, located on the lower level of the restaurant building.

The 10am Forest Bathing workshop is a 2-minute walk away from the gym! We've intentionally scheduled the activities back-to-back to allow Members and Hotel Guests to participating in both, and make a lovely little morning out of it! 

More about the Instructor: Twenty years of yoga practice have helped Selena Reynolds to navigate the intricacies of being human from a more balanced, open, and joyous place. She’s taught at local studios, gyms, retreat centers, and privately since 2012, and currently co-teaches Shakti Yoga Woodstock’s Teacher Training program. It is a glorious continuing adventure to provide both Catskills locals and travelers with yoga and mindfulness experiences! Selena aspires to be an agent of joy, optimism, and reverence for life as she guides her students through movement, breathwork, and stillness. She strives to act with love in every situation. (These situations often involve cookie dough, handstands, and her three almost-grown children). Her yoga classes are informative, exploratory, fun, and designed to meet her students where they are and leave them feeling nourished and empowered. Her enthusiasm is infectious!
