Join Darich Pérez Reyes of Wild Culture Kitchen for a hands-on lacto-fermentation workshop at the Farmhouse Kitchen! In this engaging session, you'll learn to prepare a variety of fermented foods, including sauerkraut and kimchi, using this traditional technique. At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home your creations and gain the skills to replicate them in your own kitchen.
Tea and coffee will be available. Advance RSVP required. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. For parking, please use the main lot at the top of the hill near the restaurant, and either walk down or request a ride from the front desk staff.
About the instructor: Darich, originally from Puerto Rico, learned the art of fermentation from his grandmother. Now based in the Hudson Valley, he has been sharing his passion for fermentation through workshops for a decade and works in wine fermentation as well. Darich is thrilled to bring his expertise to the INNESS community!
