More about the Instructors:
Laura Olson is passionate about helping people infuse their lives with healthy and delicious food, spiritual and sweaty yoga and simple yet meaningful rituals to create a delectable, sustainable and joyous lifestyle. As a former dancer, Laura has always been kinesthetic, but yoga is what made her finally feel at home in herself. A devoted Ashtangi since 2000 and teacher since 2003, Laura is steeped in tradition and yet a reverently rebellious yoga teacher. She teaches both Ashtanga and Ashtanga-influenced vinyasa along with breathwork, chanting and more in workshops, classes, and private lessons in the Catskills, Hudson Valley and NYC.
Twenty years of yoga practice have helped Selena Reynolds to navigate the intricacies of being human from a more balanced, open, and joyous place. She’s taught at local studios, gyms, retreat centers, and privately since 2012, and currently co-teaches Shakti Yoga Woodstock’s Teacher Training program. Selena aspires to be an agent of joy, optimism, and reverence for life as she guides her students through movement, breathwork, and stillness.
