Use your own body weight to get pumped up weekly in this fun, inspiring and energizing full-body fitness class. We will do resistance training that will have your muscles burning, body activated, and posture aligned. Side-effects of this class: enjoy having a strong back, powerful legs, activated core, active metabolism and the ability to twist and turn with more ease.
Please note that RSVPs are required due to limited space. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Out of respect for the instructor and other participants, we are now implementing a 10-minute grace period for group fitness classes. Arrivals more than ten minutes late will not be permitted entry.
