This engaging and dynamic class is designed to enhance core strength, activate shoulder and hip stabilizers, and safely stretch and align the spine. Participants will leave feeling invigorated, stronger, and more flexible. Suitable for all experience levels aged 16 and up.
Please note that RSVPs are required due to limited space. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Out of respect for the instructor and other participants, we are now implementing a 10-minute grace period for group fitness classes. Arrivals more than ten minutes late will not be permitted entry.

More about the instructor: Chris Black recently relocated from San Francisco where she taught Pilates for over 22 years. She has extensive experience with injury rehabilitation, sports-specific training, and general fitness, and approaches her teaching with humor and joy. In addition to her Pilates work, Chris is an award-winning choreographer and performer.
