Step into a world of calm and strength with our invigorating Hatha yoga class! This transformative practice will guide you through each movement, syncing perfectly with your breath to create a powerful flow of energy. As you inhale and exhale, you’ll feel tension melt away, leaving you more centered, balanced, and connected to your body. Huw Daniel, a seasoned yoga practitioner with over 30 years of experience, blends the powerful practices of Pranayama and QiGong for a truly transformative experience.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Out of respect for the instructor and other participants, we have implemented a 10-minute grace period for group fitness classes. Arrivals more than ten minutes late will not be permitted entry.
