Unleash your creativity and connect with the tactile beauty of clay in this intimate hand-building pottery workshop. You’ll have the chance to create your own personalized mug, vase, bowl, or any other functional pottery piece. The session will begin with a short, guided demonstration on hand-building techniques, followed by time for you to explore and craft your own creation. You’ll learn to shape your piece using pinch, coil, and slab methods, gaining a deeper understanding of form and construction. Tea and coffee will be served.
Each participant will be provided with a portion of clay to work with. After the workshop, your piece will be glazed, fired, and ready for pick-up at INNESS approximately six weeks later. We are unable to ship the finished pieces.
