Barre Burn is a dynamic, all-levels movement class that blends strength training, flexibility, mobility and balance. Drawing from practices like ballet, yoga, Pilates, somatics and functional fitness, it builds physical and cognitive vitality through foundational movement skills. Whether you're training for a specific discipline or simply aiming to move with more ease, this class helps you develop greater body awareness, rhythm and control.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Out of respect for the instructor and other participants, we have implemented a 10-minute grace period for group fitness classes. Arrivals more than ten minutes late will not be permitted entry.

Instructor: Laura Victoria Ward brings a multidisciplinary approach to movement, drawing from ballet, yoga, Pilates, Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis, somatics, and functional fitness. Her Barre Burn class is designed to empower students of all levels to explore strength, balance, and mobility while deepening their connection to how the body moves.
