A slow flow yoga practice designed to enhance body awareness and mindfulness. This slower-paced session will emphasize proper alignment, holding postures to build strength and muscle memory. Meditation will also be incorporated to deepen the sense of presence throughout the practice. Huw Daniel, a seasoned yoga practitioner with over 30 years of experience, blends the powerful practices of Pranayama and QiGong for a truly transformative experience.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Out of respect for the instructor and other participants, we have implemented a 10-minute grace period for group fitness classes. Arrivals more than ten minutes late will not be permitted entry.
