Total Body Strength is a low-impact yet high-challenge class designed to build muscular endurance, core strength and joint stability using resistance bands. With a focus on slow, controlled movements, you'll target and tone the entire body while deepening your mind-muscle connection through purposeful motion.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Out of respect for the instructor and other participants, we have implemented a 10-minute grace period for group fitness classes. Arrivals more than ten minutes late will not be permitted entry.
