Movement and intention-setting will be led by Laura Ward, followed by a soothing sound bath with Fernando Vasquez. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided, or participants are welcome to bring their own if preferred.
This event is open to all Members and overnight Hotel Guests. The session is priced at $45 per person (Members receive 15% off) OR complimentary for anyone booking a 60-minute or longer spa treatment on 12/31 or 1/1.
