Get ready for two fun-filled mornings 4/2-4/3 at INNESS! Jess will be hosting a mini kids camp over spring break. Camp activities will include unique arts & crafts, Four Square, Gaga Ball, soccer and other cooperative games, exciting science experiments and more! We’ll be supplying all of the materials for a rich, open-ended experience that allows kids to explore at their own pace.
Some of the projects will be done as a group, some individually. Kids will have fun working with various mediums (clay, paint, pastels, fabric, chalk, and much more). There will also be plenty of time for free play, Lego building, magna tiles, muddy walks and other outdoor activities. This two-morning mini camp series is for kids ages 5 to 12. Exact location on property may vary day-to-day based on the activity and weather conditions.
Please note the following:
- This is a semi-structured camp morning (not a playgroup) that requires kids to be actively engaged for several hours over the course of two days. Please take this into account at sign-up.
- Children will need to arrive with a snack, a full water bottle, lunch, and the appropriate outdoor gear (warm layers, boots, and extra socks). *Our property can be quite muddy!
- All of the art supplies will be washable, but a smock or change of clothes may come in handy!
- Drop off will take place in the barn at 9:00 a.m., and pick-up will be at 1:00 p.m.
- Please be advised that we require a minimum of four member child sign-ups in order to offer this camp.
