This event has ended.
Join us for a relaxed, flavor-filled evening exploring a flight of Eastern European white wines — a part of the world that doesn’t always get the attention, but absolutely should. Expect bright acidity, beautiful minerality, aromatic surprises, and bottles that are incredibly food-friendly.
We’ll taste, chat, and unpack what makes these wines so special in a way that’s welcoming and totally un-intimidating. Whether you’re wine-fluent or just wine-curious, you’ll leave feeling confident walking into Bluebird, choosing something unexpected, and pairing it beautifully at your next dinner party.
Come thirsty. Leave with a few new favorite grapes tucked in your back pocket. Ages 21+ only.
Educator: Samantha Hewitt is an Eastern European wine specialist whose journey began as a sales associate and wine buyer for Kingston Wine Co. She is the founder of SHATTERED, an independent wine events brand devoted to education and meaningful consumer experiences. Sam shines a light on underrepresented producers and lesser-known regions, creating thoughtful tastings that make space for everyone at the table.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to walk down to the Farmhouse from the main parking area. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. We’re unable to make exceptions, as it’s difficult to fill seats on short notice. Kindly leave your pups at home!
