Join us for a mini retreat with Geshe Yong Dong, centered on mindfulness, gentle movement, and quiet reflection—an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate inner clarity.
Geshe Yong Dong is a Tibetan Buddhist teacher and author whose work focuses on meditation, mindfulness, and the cultivation of inner peace. Rooted in the monastic tradition, his teachings guide students toward stillness, clarity, and compassionate awareness.

- Begin the weekend with a grounding, immersive sound experience designed to calm the nervous system.
- Deep vibrations from gongs, bowls, and chimes gently open energetic pathways and prepare the body and mind for the retreat.
