Enjoy a peaceful morning meditation featuring sun and sky gazing, gentle movement, and breathwork. This session will be guided by Tibetan Buddhist teacher and author Geshe Yong Dong, whose work centers on meditation, mindfulness, and the cultivation of inner peace. Rooted in the monastic tradition, his teachings and writings gently guide students toward stillness, clarity, and compassionate awareness.
Open to all Members and Hotel Guests. The session is $75 per person, and can be booked individually, or as part of the full weekend retreat. This workshops is free for members only - advance registration is required.
