This energizing yet grounding yoga class combines mindful movement, fresh morning air, and stunning views to help you cultivate balance, clarity, and inner calm for the day ahead. Suitable for all experience levels aged 16+.
Libby Nicholaou is a yoga practitioner, restorative yoga teacher, and founder of Show Up with Love. Her work weaves together movement, meditation, breath, and rest to cultivate self-compassion, connection, and inner well-being.
Mats, blocks and blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own props. Please wear comfortable layers and bring water and a small towel if needed.
This class will be taking place in the small lawn space off the restaurant courtyard.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Out of respect for the instructor and other participants, we have implemented a 10-minute grace period for group fitness classes. Arrivals more than ten minutes late will not be permitted entry.
