Join us for a hands-on sushi-making experience designed especially for our younger members. Kids will learn the art of making sushi, from preparing and assembling ingredients to rolling their own creations.
With a selection of fresh, vegetarian, kid-friendly ingredients to choose from, each child will have the opportunity to get creative, try something new, and enjoy the sushi they make.
A fun and delicious morning of learning, creating, and sharing around the table!

More about the instructor: Jaclyn Fonseca is a classically trained pastry chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. After finishing CIA, she went on to graduate from SUNY New Paltz with a history degree and maintains a broad interest in food history. Moving down to Austin, Texas, she started a successful baking business selling scones and pies at farmers markets, wholesale and retail locations. Ultimately missing the Northeast, Jaclyn moved back to the Hudson Valley to open a boutique cake business which focuses on the beloved and locally grown produce that tastes like home!
