INNESS Summer Camp will nurture your child’s sense of wonder and curiosity with enriching experiences that help them connect to nature and their peers. Each week of camp is a balance of discovery, ecology, arts, sensory and movement, with an emphasis on gratitude! Our campers will leave with more awareness of themselves, others and their environment. Woven into our daily activities will be gardening, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, unique art projects, friendly competitive games such as Four Square & Gaga Ball, and so much more! Additionally, we have a very special mentoring program between our oldest and youngest campers, where caring & supportive relationships are formed. More detailed camp description below...
WILDFLOWERS (ages 8-12)
Dates: July 13-16, July 20-23, July 27-30, August 18-21*Tues-Fri*, August 24-27, August 31-September 3
Time: 9am to 3pm, *optional 3-5pm aftercare will be offered to families once camp registration is complete.
Group Size: 16-18 children per age group *counselor to camper ratio 1:5
Registration: Space is limited and enrollment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note the following:
- To expedite checkout - please save your preferred method of payment to your member account in advance!
- Select only ONE ticket type/week at a time and then complete check out. *Each selected week must be a separate transaction, so prioritize your most wanted week.
- Please confirm you have selected the correct age group for your child. We cannot guarantee a spot in another age group or session if an error is made.
- All camp families must be registered members at the time of sign-up, and during the camp week itself.
- Camp registration forms will be sent to those that have secured spots within 2-3 weeks of sign up.
- You will be required to provide your child's date of birth (must be at least 5yrs during camp to be eligible) and immunization record when you receive your camp registration form.
Payment: $235. non-refundable / non-transferrable 50% deposit is due at sign up. The remaining $235. balance will be automatically charged to your account on Monday, June 1st, 2026. Aftercare is offered @ $130 per week as a separate registration.
Change Requests: Please note that change requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Additionally, a $30 administration fee will be applied to any changes made to your original registration.
Waitlist Policy: If the appropriate age group or preferred week is sold out, please complete the waitlist form here and we will let you know if a spot opens up. A non-refundable, non-transferrable 50% deposit of $235. per week/child will be due at the time of registration. If your child is admitted to camp after 6/1/26, the full amount of $470. per week/child will apply. Please add your child to the camp waitlist and we will let you know if your preferred date(s) open up!
ABOUT OUR DAY
The Wildflowers will focus on creating balance between nature exploration, ecological learning, and hands-on skills. While on-site, campers will use the unstructured time to explore our property on foot, discovering what is interesting to them, and engaging in activities like focusing on a specific skill or craft, or starting up a soccer or capture the flag game. This helps keep our older campers excited about the games and exploration of each day, but also allows them to hone a skill like weaving or knot tying which requires more fine motor coordination, responsibility, and patience. This is a good option for campers who have an interest in working with their hands.
Additionally, a very special part of our Wildflower program is mentor pairing with a younger camper from the Grasshoppers. They will spend a little time each day reading a story and working on a fun craft together. Mentoring will allow your child to give something of themselves in a way that’s both selfless and fulfilling. They’ll get the opportunity to work on interpersonal skills, building a solid and caring relationship with the young camper they’re mentoring. Your child will gain experience on how to be patient, respect boundaries and communicate kindly with others who may be reluctant to trust them. These skills will carry over into their personal lives!
