Join us for the debut of our exclusive Farmhouse Wine Dinner series, beginning with the “Sense of Place” themed dinner, set in the cozy Farmhouse Kitchen around communal tables.
Executive Chef Gabriel Salazar will prepare a six-course menu featuring beloved winter dishes from the INNESS archive. Each course will be expertly paired by Sommelier Jaden Trompke, featuring wines from some of the world’s most renowned river valley regions—Rioja, Rhône, and Loire.
