Childcare while you enjoy 90 minutes of uninterrupted "me time" dedicated to your well-being and self-care.
How can you spend your 90 minutes?
The choice is yours! Here are just a few ideas:
- Relax at the spa or break a sweat at the gym
- Wander our scenic walking trails across 220 peaceful acres
- Connect with a friend over a cozy drink by the fireplace
Whatever you choose, Mindful Mondays are your invitation to reset, recharge, and reconnect.
*Please drop your child (4-12 years) off with a snack and water bottle. We will have arts and crafts, board games, Legos, Magna-tiles, and maybe even a little mindfulness practice of our own! It’s the perfect way to ease into the week with creativity, play, and calm.
