We're taking over the communal kitchen in the farmhouse for a talk and taste with the founder of Pollinator Spirits, followed by lively conversation, board games and billiards throughout the first floor. We'll be stoking the fires and cranking the tunes for ultimate cozy vibes.
This is a complimentary activity for registered members and hotel guests. RSVP is required so our staff can plan ahead! Members are also welcome to bring up to (3) guests per family unit, but those guests must aquire a guest ticket in order to attend and be accompanied by a member at all times.
Please note that only property/employee vehicles are allowed down the hill. All visitors must park at the main lot at the top of the hill and make your way down to the farmhouse by foot or shuttle. Please swing by the front desk to request a ride.
More about Pollinator Spirits: Claire Marin, founder of Catskill Provisions, a food provisions and alcohol spirit company in Sullivan County in 2010. What started as a hobby in beekeeping blossomed into a commercial honey business, which later included provisioning maple syrup from nearby farmers. In 2013 she launched New York NY Honey Rye whiskey, which is infused with her honey. After winning numerous awards and securing good market traction, she began distilling on her own, and has created a range of alcohol products - all made with NYS grown ingredients. Claire’s line of spirits relaunched as Pollinator Spirits in the Fall of 2022 with Crimson Amaro. Woman and LGBTQIA owned, Pollinator Spirits are hand packaged, sustainably produced using non-GMO grains and avoids the use of any artificial flavors or colors. Claire also donates spent grains to local farmers and gives a portion of the proceeds to pollinator causes annually. Soon, Pollinator Spirits product will be 100% distilled on site in Long Eddy, NY.
