Class will take place in the lower lounge downstairs from the restaurant.
RSVP is required. This class is open to registered INNESS member and hotel guest children. All ages welcome, but children under 5yrs must be accompanied by an adult. Cancellations require 48 hours notice in order to qualify for a refund.
More about the instructor: Jaclyn Fonseca is a classically trained pastry chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. After finishing CIA, she went on to graduate from SUNY New Paltz with a history degree and maintains a broad interest in food history. Moving down to Austin, Texas, she started a successful baking business selling scones and pies at farmers markets, wholesale and retail locations. Ultimately missing the Northeast, Jaclyn moved back to the Hudson Valley to open a boutique cake business which focuses on the beloved and locally grown produce that tastes like home!
