Join Chef Tess Kelly in the charming Farmhouse Kitchen for an unforgettable culinary adventure! This hands-on class will guide you in crafting a spectacular three-course Moroccan feast that will tantalize your taste buds and warm your heart.

You’ll dive into the vibrant flavors of Morocco as you prepare:

    • Maakouda: Delightful Moroccan potato cakes, perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside.
    • Moroccan Baked Fish: A succulent dish featuring tender fish baked with aromatic onions and zesty preserved lemon.
    • Mahalabia: A dreamy rose water milk pudding, the perfect sweet ending.

White wine, tea and coffee will also be available to participants. After a fun-filled cooking session, gather around the table for a communal meal where you can savor your creations and connect with fellow food enthusiasts. It’s a wonderful opportunity to relax and make new friends while enjoying the fruits of your labor. This event is open to ages 18 and up.

Please note: RSVP is required to secure your spot. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. We also kindly ask that all guests park in the main lot at the top of the hill, near the restaurant, and make your way down on foot or request a ride from the front desk staff. Please leave your pups at home!

More About Tess: Tess Kelly is a chef and the founder of Séraphine Workshops. After moving to France in 1986, she developed her passion for French cuisine while apprenticing under a pâtisserie chef in Paris, Madame Bernard. With years of experience in the NYC restaurant scene, Tess opened Séraphine Bakery in 2014, where she began offering engaging, hands-on workshops for all ages. Her classes emphasize a balanced, seasonal approach to cooking, inspired by her deep love for French cuisine, which began during her teenage years in Paris. In addition to French dishes, Tess enjoys exploring culinary traditions from Italy, Spain, India, and Morocco, and currently teaches both private and public workshops in New York and France.
