This vinyasa-style class is tailored to members’ changing needs and levels of experience, with a focus on linking breath to body in a moving meditation. Expect to work on flexibility, strength, coordination and concentration with an eye towards clarity and balance of mind, body and spirit. Sweaty joyfulness optional, but encouraged! Leave feeling calmer and more energized! All levels welcome.
Attendance is limited to members and hotel guests. RSVP is required. If you would like to bring a guest, please reach out in advance to membership@inness.co and we will try to accommodate your guest if space allows. Please note that this class is taking place in the gym, located on the lower level of the restaurant building.
Mats, blocks and blankets are included, or you may bring your own props. Please dress in comfortable layers, bring water and a small sweat towel if needed.
