Casey Richards teaches a slow to moderately paced, creative vinyasa class and tailors her approach based on the experience level of participants. A mix of meditation, flow, and strength building poses - she focuses on our relationship to ourselves (mind), on the mobility in our poses (body), and on our connection to the 4 elements (spirit). Class ends with a cozy savasana and a gentle sound healing.
This activity is taking place in the Events Barn. RSVP is required and attendance is limited. This class is complimentary for INNESS members and hotel guests. Mats and blocks available for complimentary use, or you may bring your own props. Please dress in comfortable layers, bring water and a small sweat towel if needed.
More about the Instructor: Casey is a certified RYT® 200 and has completed trainings in AcroFit, Yin Yoga, and Meditation. She believes strongly in the transformative power of tuning in with your authentic self and practicing radical self-acceptance. Casey’s yoga and acroyoga practices have helped her develop trust, comfort and playfulness within herself and her communities.
