Has your child grown out of their snow pants? Under-utilized toys taking up space? We're hosting a members only swap for kid's *gently used* clothing, books and toys just as the temperatures start to drop and kids head back-to-school!
We ask that caregivers dropt their bags off in advance so we have time to properly organize and display the items prior to the meet-up. Jess will be accepting drop-off's in the Event Barn on the following dates:
Wednesday 9/14 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Thursday 9/15 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Sunday 9/18 10:30am - 11am (day of!)
Please do not drop the items off outside of these times slots or location - the restaurant/hotel teams do not have the staff or storage space to assist! Thank you in advance for understanding.
Swapping kicks off at 11am sharp! Complimentary soft drinks for adults and kids will be provided. All leftover items will be donated to local charities - we welcome your suggestions!
This swap is open to current members only. Please park in the main lot and venture down to the event barn by foot or you can request a ride from the guest services team located in the gatehouse. We do not allow parking down near the barn/pool area.
