Lana Heintjes leads a moderately-paced, full-spectrum flow of yoga postures culminating with deep rest in an extended savasana. You’ll leave class feeling elevated, enlivened, and ready to continue your day with gratitude in your heart and compassion for yourself and others in mind. All experience levels are welcome.
This activity is taking place in the Events Barn. RSVP is required and attendance is limited. This class is complimentary for INNESS members and hotel guests. Mats and blocks available for complimentary use, or you may bring your own props. Please dress in comfortable layers, bring water and a small sweat towel if needed.
