Casey Richards teaches a slow to moderately paced, creative vinyasa class and tailors her approach based on the experience level of participants. A mix of meditation, flow, and strength building poses - she focuses on our relationship to ourselves (mind), on the mobility in our poses (body), and on our connection to the 4 elements (spirit). Class ends with a cozy savasana and a gentle sound healing.
Attendance is limited to members and hotel guests. RSVP is required. If you would like to bring a guest, please reach out in advance to membership@inness.co and we will accommodate your guest for a small fee if space allows.
Mats, blocks and blankets are included, or you may bring your own props. Please dress in comfortable layers, bring water and a small sweat towel if needed.
More about the Instructor: Casey is a certified RYT® 200 and has completed trainings in AcroFit, Yin Yoga, and Meditation. She believes strongly in the transformative power of tuning in with your authentic self and practicing radical self-acceptance. Casey’s yoga and acroyoga practices have helped her develop trust, comfort and playfulness within herself and her communities.
