Laura Olson is passionate about helping people infuse their lives with healthy and delicious food, spiritual and sweaty yoga and simple yet meaningful rituals to create a delectable, sustainable and joyous lifestyle. As a former dancer, Laura has always been kinesthetic, but yoga is what made her finally feel at home in herself. A devoted Ashtangi since 2000 and teacher since 2003, Laura is steeped in tradition and yet a reverently rebellious yoga teacher. She teaches both Ashtanga and Ashtanga-influenced vinyasa along with breathwork, chanting and more in workshops, classes, and private lessons in the Catskills, Hudson Valley and NYC.
