We're thrilled to welcome April Johnson, from Flowerpyscho, to INNESS for a modern wreath-making workshop in the Farmhouse Kitchen. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill while getting to know other members. Wreath materials provided, plus some vino for good measure! Participants will go home with a display-ready wreath just in time for the holidays.
RSVP is required. Discounted tickets available to Members. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to qualify for a refund.
This workshop will be taking place in our communal farmhouse kitchen. Please note that guests must park their cars in the main lot at the top of the hill and make their way down to the farmhouse by foot (6 minute walk), or you may request a ride from the Front Desk in the glass building.
More about the instructor: April Johnson-aka @flowerpsycho, is a floral designer based in NYC and Kingston.The longtime fashion stylist, design consultant and founder of the fashion label Alasdair, Johnson switched lanes during the pandemic, fell in love with the unlimited possibilities of botanicals, and her project Flowerpsycho was born. Using unexpected materials to create non traditional compositions, Johnson captures the poetry of nature in all its chaotic beauty.
