Class will begin with an active vinyasa to generate inner heat, then finish with deep restorative stretching and meditation to rebalance our mind and body. All levels welcome.
Attendance is limited to members and hotel guests. RSVP is required. If you would like to bring a guest, please reach out in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate your guest if space allows.
Mats, blocks and blankets are included, or you may bring your own props. Please dress in comfortable layers, bring water and a small sweat towel if needed. Class will be hosted in the gym, located on the lower level of the restaurant building.

Twenty years of yoga practice have helped Selena Reynolds to navigate the intricacies of being human from a more balanced, open, and joyous place. She’s taught at local studios, gyms, retreat centers, and privately since 2012, and currently co-teaches Shakti Yoga Woodstock’s Teacher Training program. It is a glorious continuing adventure to provide both Catskills locals and travelers with yoga and mindfulness experiences! Selena aspires to be an agent of joy, optimism, and reverence for life as she guides her students through movement, breathwork, and stillness. She strives to act with love in every situation. (These situations often involve cookie dough, handstands, and her three almost-grown children). Her yoga classes are informative, exploratory, fun, and designed to meet her students where they are and leave them feeling nourished and empowered. Her enthusiasm is infectious!
