This challenging, yet accessible class is designed to strengthen the core, engage shoulder and hip stabilizers, and safely move and lengthen the spine. This is an energizing class that will leave participants feeling stronger and well-stretched! All experience levels are encouraged to attend.
RSVP is required and space is limited. This activity is only open to Members and Hotel Guests and will take place in the downstairs gym space. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to qualify for a refund.
More about the instructor: Chris Black recently relocated from San Francisco where she taught Pilates for over 22 years. She has extensive experience with injury rehabilitation, sports-specific training, and general fitness, and approaches her teaching with humor and joy. In addition to her Pilates work, Chris is an award-winning choreographer and performer.
