In this 90-minute workshop, Sama and Vinny will be guiding you through gentle stretching and primal movements to release tension from the body preparing you for ultimate relaxation to receive the healing vibrations of an extended sound meditation. They will offer therapeutic frequencies of gongs, crystal bowls and other sacred instruments including the soothing element of song for total rejuvenation. RSVP is required. Ages 16+.

INNESS has a limited number of mats and blankets. Please be sure to select this option at checkout in order to secure equipment. If the 'Mat + Blanket' ticket option is showing up as sold out, that means all of the props have been claimed. Additional participants must bring their own props (bolsters, mats, blankets, eye pillows, etc.) in order to participate.
Please wear comfortable, layered clothing. This event is open to Members (discounted rate), Hotel Guests and the General Public. All participants must park in the main lot at the top of the hill. There are bathroom facilities and a water bottle refill station next to the barn space. All cancellations must take place at least 24 hours in advance in order to qualify for a refund. We are unable to refund same-day cancellations.
