Join us in the Outfitter for a cozy holiday film fest for the kiddo's. All ages are welcome, but kids under 4 must be accompanied by an adult.
6pm-6:45pm: The Snowy Day (38min) An adaptation of Ezra Jack Keats' acclaimed picture book. It builds on the original story of young Peter's journey on a magical, snowy adventure. Peter's experiences illustrate the true joys of the holiday season found in being grateful for sharing time with family and friends.
6:45pm-7:15pm: The Snowman (26 min) An animated film and symphonic poem based on Raymond Briggs' 1978 picture book The Snowman. One snowy winter's day, a boy builds a snowman who comes to life at the stroke of midnight!
7:30pm-9:15pm: Home Alone (105 mins) When 8-year-old Kevin McCallister acts out the night before a family trip to Paris, his mother makes him sleep in the attic. After the McCallisters mistakenly leave for the airport without Kevin, he awakens to an empty house and assumes his wish to have no family has come true. But his excitement sours when he realizes that two con men plan to rob the McCallister residence, and that he alone must protect the family home.
We will be serving kid friendly snacks and beverages. We will also be providing pizza to anyone who purchases an optional "pizza ticket." Children are welcome to bring a favorite blanket or stuffed animal to snuggle up with!
RSVP is required and capacity is limited to ensure proper adult supervision. This activity is only open to current members and hotel guests, we cannot accommodate guests. If you have any questions, please contact Jess Konecny at firstname.lastname@example.org.
