Join Ben Hendrickson, personal trainer and performance coach, in the field for a lively introduction to the INNESS Obstacle Course (OC). This class will help familiarize members with how to safely tackle each obstacle by running, climbing, carrying, swinging and crawling your way to new levels of endurance, stamina, strength and grit! This class is designed to suit all fitness levels - making the OC a safer, more accessible way to spice up your fitness routine.
Please meet Ben on the hilltop next to the glass Farm Shop and picnic tables, and everyone will make their way down to the OC together. Class will take place regardless of weather conditions. An interval training class will be hosted in the downstairs gym if it's too wet to train outside.
- Proper athletic clothing and footwear is required.
- Please bring a refillable water bottle, bug spray and a sweat towel with you.
- The closest restrooms to the OC are located in the Farmhouse.
- RSVP is required, and space is limited.
- Class is only open to registered Members and Hotel Guests.
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
