Jess will be leading a Cosmic Yoga Adventure - a kid-centric practice that tells interactive stories through yogic postures to help streeeeetttcchhh those little bodies out, improve balance, increase mindfulness, build mental and physical confidence - all with a healthy dash of silliness. Yoga mats will be provided.
This activity will take place in the Event Barn. All ages are welcome, but kids under the age of 3 must be accompanied by an adult.
