General Pool Information:

We have two heated saltwater hybrid pools on property, both measuring 4' deep:

  • Event Pool: The larger rectangular pool located towards the tennis courts and barn. This family-friendly pool is open to all ages. Restrooms are available in the nearby outbuilding, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off.
  • Round Pool: The smaller, round pool located outside the white farmhouse building. This adults-only pool is for guests aged 18 and over. Two unisex restrooms are located inside the Farmhouse.

Hours of Operation:

  • May - Labor Day: 8am – 8pm
  • Labor Day – October: 8am – 7pm
Both pools are open seven days a week. Seating is first-come, first-served.

Important Pool Guidelines:

  • Outside food, beverages, and glass containers are strictly prohibited.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the fenced pool areas—no exceptions.
  • We kindly ask members to limit pool access to three-hour increments during peak hours and to avoid using "seat savers" for long periods.

Parking Information:

All members, hotel guests, and visitors must park in the main parking lot at the top of the hill near the Restaurant and Farm Shop. If the main lot is full, please use the overflow parking located on the right side of the driveway, near the black utility barn. This lot is just a short walk from the Event Pool!

If you need assistance with transportation, stop by the front desk or call 845.377.0030, ext. 1. The guest services team is happy to offer a ride to the pools. Please note that during busy times, you may need to wait up to 10 minutes for a vehicle.

For any further questions, please contact us at membership@inness.co.

Members receive a 15% discount on lodging. To redeem, book through the INNESS website and enter the discount code SUMMERFUN15 by clicking on "Have a Promo or Group Code? Enter it now" below the Date and Occupancy fields. This discount is also available to immediate friends and family. Standard hotel policies apply, including a two-night minimum stay on weekends, pet cleaning fees, and the cancellation policy.

The membership department does not have access to hotel availability. For any hotel or cabin inquiries, please contact the Guest Services team at hotel@inness.co or call 845-377-0030, ext. 101.

INNESS members are welcome to bring up to three guests per visit, per family unit. However, each individual guest may visit the property no more than four times per year. The restaurant and golf course are excluded from this limitation, as these are public spaces. If a guest wishes to visit more than four times in a year, they must apply for membership through the appropriate channels.

Certain activities and amenities, such as spa and gym access and children's summer camp, are off-limits to guests or may require a separate fee. All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times and are expected to adhere to INNESS’s house rules during their visit.

Please note that a new guest policy for the seasonal pools will be introduced in 2025. More details will be shared in our weekly newsletters once the details have been finalized.

Partners, spouses, and children (ages 5 and up) of members are considered guests unless they have their own membership, and are therefore subject to the same guest policy.

For any questions regarding guest access, please reach out to membership@inness.co.

Please park in the main parking lot at the top of the hill, or use the overflow lot located on the right-hand side of the main drive as you turn onto Bank Street. Overflow parking is just a five-minute walk from the Restaurant and Event Barn.

We’ve recently installed "no parking" signs along the barn road to keep this area clear for property vehicles and deliveries. If you need to drop off guests near the tennis courts or pool, please do so and then relocate your car to a designated parking area.

For those needing assistance or a ride to the Farmhouse or other areas, stop by the Front Desk or call 845.377.0030, ext. 101 to request transportation. Only property vehicles and authorized INNESS staff are allowed to park near the Farmhouse or Events Barn.

Members can earn a $100 credit to the INNESS Spa + Gym for each new member they refer. To qualify, the new member must include the referring member’s name on their application. If multiple names are listed, the $100 credit will be given to the first person listed.

Once the application is accepted, the referring member will be contacted by the membership team within 6-8 weeks to confirm that the credit has been added to their account. A printed gift card is also available upon request. The credit can be used for spa treatments, spa retail, fitness classes and wellness workshops.

Please note: the gift card expires one year from the issue date, is only redeemable at the Spa and Gym, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used for other on-property purchases.

For any questions, please reach out to Marcy at membership@inness.co.

The member portal is available as an app for mobile access! Simply visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download it, and log in using your existing credentials.

Members enjoy a 10% retail discount on all Farm and Golf Shop purchases! Simply show your digital ID card to the shopkeeper to have the discount applied. Please contact farmshop@inness.co with inquiries.
